Refund Policy

Thank you for using Heartly. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding transactions and purchases made within the Heartly application.
1. Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases made within the Heartly app are strictly non-refundable.
When you purchase virtual currency (such as "Credits") or any premium services on Heartly, you acknowledge and agree that these digital goods are provided instantly. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any digital items or virtual currency once the transaction is complete.
2. Accidental Purchases
We are not responsible for accidental purchases made by you or anyone else who uses your account. It is your responsibility to secure your device and ensure that unauthorized purchases do not occur.
3. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will forfeit all remaining virtual currency and active subscriptions in your account. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
4. Technical Errors
In the rare event that a payment is successfully deducted from your bank account or payment gateway but the credits are not added to your Heartly wallet due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and manually credit the virtual items to your account. However, this does not constitute a cash refund.
