This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Heartly (developed and owned by Nayandeep Verma, operating from Madhya Pradesh, India) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Heartly application.

Heartly is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete their account and associated information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and authentication details when you register.
• Communications Data: Audio streams in voice rooms, chat messages, and call data. We process voice streams dynamically using Agora RTC to facilitate real-time calls. We do not record or store your voice streams on our servers.
• Device & Hardware Permissions: To facilitate app features, we request access to your device's Microphone (for voice calling and rooms), Camera & Photos (to upload profile pictures and send chat attachments), and Push Notifications (for call alerts and messaging notifications).
• Bank & Financial Information (for Certified Listeners): For certified listeners requesting a payout of their earnings, we collect necessary banking details, UPI IDs, IFSC codes, PAN card details, or other KYC-related details required to process withdrawals and comply with Indian financial regulations.
• Billing Details (for Coin Purchases): All virtual coin purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases). We do not collect or store your payment card numbers or details on our servers.
• Device & Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, your IP address, device type, and operating system.

3. How We Use Collected Information

We may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

• To run and operate our App (e.g., matching you in voice rooms, facilitating calls).
• To improve customer service and respond to your requests more efficiently.
• To process transactions securely.
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions and maintain a safe community.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above. We may also use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the App or administer activities on our behalf.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our App.
